JWB Customs SN Jimny Rear Bumper ONLY Kit DIY are designed and made in house by us, using Australian steel.
 
Suits: Suzuki Jimny SN series 1998-2017.
 
 
JWB Customs new flat pack winch bar design includes mounting brackets that suit standard body heights as well as 50mm body lifted vehicles with modifications! 
 
JWB Customs SN series Jimny DIY flat pack consists of 3mm and 5mm plate parts cut with our CNC plasma cutter.
 
Our kits is availble as a bumper only kit or a full kit including the spare tyre swing out and the jerry can swing out flat plate parts. We design out flat packs to take out the difficult folding part by providing cuts along the fold lines so they can be bent on a bench and hold position before welding the corner.
 
This kit includes 3mm thick mild steel centre and wings plates, wing end infill and top infill plates and mounting bracket flat parts.
 
 
Not included and required to complete the bumper:
- Welder, grinder plus additional tools where required.
- Welding and measure skills.
- Swing out pivot axles and locking latches (available from ebay as a set or individually)
- 50x50x3mm square hollow section tube approximate lengths:
- Jerry can swing out arm 1 x 420mm
- Spare tyre swing out arm 1 x 570mm, 1 x 460mm, 1 x 370mm
- Mounting brackets and bolts (done by the fabricator/installer)
- No Instructions as the kit is designed to be a custom bumper.

Our flat pack winch bars do not come with a warranty as you will be assembling it and we only cover incorrect parts supplied as per order.
